It came broken and it’s been a week and they haven’t reached out to give a refund
I purchased this item along with 1 ash catcher. Never got this item shipped out to me and I bought it on the 1st of December. I have contacted thereupstore and the last thing I was told was. I will check and get back with you. That was the 18th of December 1 day after I had contacted reupstore.it has been 6 days since then.Have not reached back to me at all. I am never the type be upset about ordering something. Especially with being a fan of Thomas. Never has happened to me before with this site. I am going keep up with this package. I do not want to spend money if I never receive the product.Hope this is reasonable lol.
i got this for my boyfriend, it was his dream bong and since i had a little more budget then last year, i surprised him. he LOVES the way it hits and thow easy it is to clean, the colours a bit lighter then the picture but it's still really cute! he really recommends it ;)
Great piece, hits incredibly smooth. Everything I was looking for and for a very affordable price.
Mixed feelings on these. Burn great and clean, but they tear so easy when prepping to roll.
Really loving 1st ash catcher. Really amazes me how clean it keeps my tube. Only way to use bong now a days. Cleaning all those extra times.....crazy.
I might just not be lighting it enough but it doesn’t really change color. Not that that’s important for a bowl lol but other than that it’s one of if not the best I’ve had super durable and insanely smooth and really high quality as well no imperfections at all.
Never recieved the ash catcher even after reaching out to customer service
Good size personally wish it was a bit smaller to fit into my bag better but rips like a monster
