We ask for up to a 7 business day processing time for orders as they are being ready to be shipped, but we usually fulfill the order within 1-3 business days.
Delays can happen from time to time due to various factors.
If your order has not shipped within our 7 business day processing timeframe then we will be cancelling and refunding your order entirely or partially with the rest of your order being shipped.
* Please note that we are closed during the weekends and holidays.
We are based in Southern California and any orders within or surrounding states will have their delivery time cut shorter compared to those who progressively live out towards the eastern part of the U.S.
Usually for those within or surrouding states will have a 1-3 day delivery time, those who are in the Midwest are expecting a 3-5 day delivery time, and those in the East Coast are expecting a 4-7 day delivery time.
These expected delivery timeframes are NOT GUARANTEED, and can be delivered sooner or later than the estimated time given by the carrier.
The items you choose for your order can also impact delivery times. (i.e. The Re Up Store ISO due to being required to be shipped through ground transportation only.)
Other factors such as natural disaster events (i.e. earthquakes, fires, snow storms, floods, hurricanes, etc.) can also further delay the delivery of your package by an unknown amount of time.
We do discreet shipping, but we add a caution fragile tape onto all packages that may contain fragile components in efforts to reduce damage to your package while in transit.
Other than that, the package will be either a bubble mailer or a brown box that has no mention of The Re Up Store on it.
