I have high hopes for the item, but the shipping is taking much longer than the expected time frame
The Ash catcher itself is super cool – but I ordered pink and received blue in error. I sent an email to the company to ask how I could arrange for exchange and never heard anything back. I ended up keeping the blue one but was super dissatisfied with the customer service.
Does exactly what is supposed to do, no sticking or strange noises, and a well made feel.
High quality thick glass. I love the downstem design makes the hits super smooth. I got a ash catcher with Mine absolutely necessary. Love the H logo having a branded bong just feels better.
Loved the papers, they are now my favorite go to papers. I can taste the flower so much more which is a big plus for me
Just a big miss for me, and I believe there’s a slow leak for the water I haven’t been able to track it yet. I knew something was up when I couldn’t make pulls like I regularly do, I added more water to hopefully get some adequate perchlorate. I trying here to likethis piece it quality isn’t arching the price here
Theglass was crooked and didn’t seat properly with the bong I also purchased. The marbles weren’t as pictured either
Burns perfect, I have had some hemp wicks that burn way to fast to where it feels like a waste to buy them but not these. They burn great and leave zero harsh flavor on hits like a butane lighter would.
