I know it's not your guys' company's fault but I ordered it like 2 to 3 weeks ago. And still haven't got it so I'm hoping you could tell me how it is to use it. Cause I haven't had the luxury to use it even though I paid for it. Not trying to be like that, but it don't matter how long it takes. Because I mean, I'm only really gonna buy from the reup shop it hits different supporting ya fav YouTuber not gonna lie but this shit taking forever B All love tho..
Works great, small easy to clean with the bottom able to come out, I wish I got a different color though, you can’t pick, so the removable bottom is black and makes it hard to judge how dirty the water actually is but if you clean iT consistency it’s not a huge problem still a 10/10 product
Broken piece, which is unfortunate because this is the first time I purchased from this company. I opened the box 5 to 10 minutes after it was delivered and the outside box was completely fine. The package was sealed, but had a hole in the film and when taking off the film, I heard clinking in the box. I was so excited to give this to my partner for Valentine’s Day and wasn’t able to tried contacting customer service and they have been pretty unresponsive or just lagging in response in general. The piece is beautiful and amazing but I don’t know if I’d recommend buying it from this site just just based on the customer service that’s been received. Just for timeframe reference I ordered this piece the first week of February andreached out immediately once I opened the box to see a broken piece. I’ve only received two emails from them since reaching out.
The torch works great, and for the price it can’t be beat it ,heats up fast and is very easy to use.
Kinda Disappointed honestl but alittle my fault too, the bubbler looked like a awesome bday gift to give my gf but when it arrived I realized instantly somthing wasn’t right the box the bubbler came in was tiny so I started to worry and to my fear the bubble that I laid $60 was as small as my cell phone 🤦🏻♂️I looked right away at the spec on the website and they were as the bubbler came which is my fault for not looking at the specs but I’m sorry $60 for somthing I can crush with my hand is a rip off, probably will not purchase from this site again
